Our Origin Story
34th Street was created to unify Africans across campuses and cities around the world. Many
of us study at demanding universities, far from home, with limited cultural community and
support. We built a place that brings African identity, academic ambition, and global experiences
together in one space.
Mission
To connect African professionals from leading universities, into one powerful global network
rooted in identity and shared experience.
Vision
To become the most trusted and culturally grounded community for African scholars and
professionals across every field and degree.
Identity
We proudly stand as the first African-themed networking platform, bringing culture and
excellence together.
34th Street was built to answer one need:
Connection — simple, warm, natural, and proudly African.
