34th Street – Terms of Use & End User License Agreement (EULA)

By creating an account or using the 34th Street app or website, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully. These terms are legally binding and govern your access to our platform, content, and services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By signing up, accessing, or using 34th Street, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree with any part, do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 17 years old and a verified user (e.g., current or former student at an approved institution) to use 34th Street.
We reserve the right to verify your identity and affiliation through your university email or other methods.

3. User Conduct & Community Guidelines

We believe in creating a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment.

You agree NOT to:

  • Post or share hate speech, threats, nudity, sexual content, or offensive material

  • Harass, bully, impersonate, or abuse others

  • Use the app for commercial spam, fraud, or illegal activities

  • Upload content that infringes on intellectual property or violates any law

We have zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users.
Violations may result in account suspension or permanent removal without warning.

4. Content Ownership & Rights

You own the content you post (e.g., bio, photos, chats).
By uploading content, you grant 34th Street a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and share it as needed for the platform’s operation.

You may not use content from others without permission.

5. Reporting, Blocking & Moderation

We provide tools for you to:

  • Block users who make you uncomfortable

  • Report users or content that violates our terms

Our team reviews reported content within 24 hours and takes appropriate action, including content removal and user bans.
We do not tolerate delay in addressing objectionable behavior.

6. Account Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to 34th Street at any time if:

  • You violate our community guidelines

  • You are found to be using a fake or unverified identity

  • You engage in behavior that threatens the safety or trust of the community

7. Intellectual Property

34th Street, the logo, app design, and all related trademarks are the property of 34th Street.
You may not use our branding without permission.

8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

34th Street is provided “as is” and “as available.”
We do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free, secure, or always available.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

  • User content posted by others

  • Emotional or psychological distress from platform interactions

  • Loss or misuse of data due to user negligence

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.
If we make significant changes, we’ll notify you via the app or email. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
